THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AS A SEPARATE AND THE MEANING OF USE FOR THE MODERN MAN AND BUSINESS
Abstract
In recent years, more and more researchers and companies are turning their attention to emotional intelligence. This is due to a multitude of studies that show that the professional, social and personal achievement of a person does not play such an important role the intelligence that it has, as previously thoughted, but the developed or not, emotional intelligence that allocate. As a result, this new kind of intelligence, is gaining ground over traditional ways, because plenty of researchers are working systematically to create measurement methods and development. This research analyzes in depth investigations which have been carried out so far, such as theories of Mayer et. al., (2000), BarOn, (2000), Goleman, (2000) and Cooper, (1996, 1997), attempting to elicit from these important insights, which will lead us to an equitable conclusion. Also, we do not neglect to mention the opinions of the opponents of emotional intelligence, that enriching our analysis
