Study of Heat Transfer during Peristaltic Transport of Fractional Second Grade Fluid through Non -uniform tube with permeable wall in different wave forms
Abstract
The present study is concerned with heat transfer during peristaltic transport of fractional second grade fluid in a non-uniform cylindrical tube with permeable walls having different
wave forms. The analysis is done under long wavelength and low Reynolds number approximation. The analytical solution for pressure gradient, frictional force and temperature are obtained for different wave forms. The effects of various parameters such as, nonuniformity of tube, permeability of walls, heat source/sink parameter and amplitude ratio on pressure rise, friction force and temperature are discussed.
