Καρκίνος του μαστού κατά την κύηση. Περιγραφή περίπτωσης
Περίληψη
Η παρουσίαση του περιστατικού αφορά στην έγκαιρη διάγνωση και την επιτυχή αντιμετώπιση ασθενούς με καρκίνο του μαστού κατά την κύηση. Ασθενής με τρεις φυσιολογικούς τοκετούς στο ιστορικό της και με οικογενειακό ιστορικό καρκίνου του μαστού προσήλθε κατά την περίοδο της γαλουχίας στο εξωτερικό ιατρείο της κλινικής μας, αιτιώμενη ανώδυνη ψηλαφητή μάζα στον αριστερό μαστό. Μετά από τη διακοπή του θηλασμού, η ασθενής υποβλήθηκε σε μαστογραφία και υπερηχογραφικό έλεγχο του μαζικού αδένα ο οποίος έθεσε την υποψία κακοήθειας. Η βιοψία με λεπτή βελόνη επιβεβαίωσε τη διάγνωση. Η ασθενής μας παραπέμφθηκε σε οργανωμένο κέντρο, όπου υποβλήθηκε σε τμηματική ογκεκτομή του μαστού και επικουρική χημειοθεραπεία, ακτινοθεραπεία και ορμονοθεραπεία. Η μετεγχειρητική πορεία ήταν ομαλή. Στην παρούσα εργασία μετά την παρουσίαση του περιστατικού, επιχειρείται η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση του καρκίνου του μαστού κατά την εγκυμοσύνη, αναφορικά κυρίως με τη σύγχρονη διαγνωστική προσέγγιση.
